Introduction


      The Supply Chain Management training program aims to provide students with broad and in-depth knowledge of both theoretical concepts and practical applications in supply chain management. This includes planning, procurement, production, inventory management, transportation, and distribution to customers. The program focuses on developing strategic analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and manage risks within the context of global business operations. It also promotes professional competencies such as the use of modern technologies, teamwork, communication skills, and professional ethics.

      Furthermore, studying Supply Chain Management helps develop individuals’ knowledge and professional skills in managing and coordinating the processes involved in the supply of goods and services efficiently. It enhances students’ abilities in analysis and decision-making to reduce costs, improve quality, and ensure timely delivery of products and services. Objectives


      The Bachelor's Degree Program in Supply Chain Management aims to provide students with essential knowledge, theoretical foundations, and practical skills, enabling them to effectively plan, implement, and manage supply chain activities. The main objectives include:

  1. To understand the supply chain process, from the procurement of raw materials, production, storage, and transportation to the distribution of products to customers.
  2. To analyze and solve problems that arise in supply chain operations.
  3. To manage inventory effectively in order to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
  4. To develop procurement plans and select suppliers effectively.
  5. To manage warehouse operations and transportation systems efficiently.
  6. To utilize business management software and information systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Logistics Information System (LIS).
  7. To analyze data and forecast market demand (Demand Forecasting) in order to support decision-making.
  8. To apply cost reduction strategies and improve service quality.
  9. To manage risks within the supply chain and develop business continuity plans.
  10. To work effectively in teams, communicate efficiently, and demonstrate leadership in managing work teams.
