The Office of Administration is responsible for developing a five-year strategic plan and annual action plans. Its mission focuses on administrative management, public relations, document control, marketing, sports, security, environmental management, physical maintenance, and scholarship administration.
In this regard, the Administrative Office has the following duties:
- Collaborate on the development of the University’s strategic and action plans.
- Manage general administrative affairs and public relations.
- Control and archive all administrative documents and legal norms.
- Archiving and managing all types of administrative documents and legal norms.
- Organizing national and international ceremonies, social affairs, and general protocol.
- Overseeing marketing, sports, security, and scholarship programs.
- Ensuring the maintenance and repair of physical infrastructure.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
- Conducting regular meetings and reporting on performance results.

The Office of Administration is divided into six specialized units:
- Administration Unit
- Marketing and Communications Unit

The Administration Unit is responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborating on the development of the strategic and action plans for the relevant office.
- Managing the transition from traditional administration to Digital Administration and coordinating work hierarchies with other departments of Asia Euro University.
- Enhancing the capacity for management, organization, monitoring, inspection, and evaluation within both the unit and related entities.
- Providing regular training in both "soft skills" and "hard skills" to specialized staff to keep pace with continuous national and global development.
- Managing and archiving AEU administrative documents and various legal standards.
- Coordinating the flow of documentation and disseminating information received from various ministries and institutions.
- Overseeing public relations and social work activities.
- Summarizing and reporting on various activities according to scheduled periods, such as monthly, semi-annually, and annually.
- Preparing administrative letters and legal standards for personnel management.
- Compiling statistics and information tables for staff, including work schedules for full-time, part-time, probationary, and volunteer personnel.
- Conducting meetings and regularly reporting on work activities and outcomes.
- Collaborating on and fulfilling other related tasks as assigned by the Head of the Office.
The Marketing and Communications Unit is responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborating on the development of the strategic and action plans for the relevant office.
- Managing promotional activities and encouraging students to enroll in training services.
- Monitoring, evaluating, and providing recommendations regarding information dissemination and marketing efforts.
- Collaborating with relevant departments to update the university's digital marketing systems, including the website, social media networks, and informational brochures.
- Studying and developing marketing strategies and organizing various university events, such as training courses and workshops.
- Conducting meetings and regularly reporting on work activities and outcomes.
- Collaborating on and fulfilling other related tasks as assigned by the Head of the Office.
The Sports Unit is responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborating on the development of the strategic and action plans for the relevant office.
- Managing all sports-related work and activities.
- Organizing sports delegations and teams of male and female athletes to participate in university-level, national, and international competitions.
- Preparing training venues and equipment according to the available sporting disciplines.
- Promoting the development of the university’s sports activities to enhance its reputation.
- Encouraging and motivating students to support and participate in various competitions organized at the university, national, or international levels.
- Conducting meetings and regularly reporting on work activities and outcomes.
- Collaborating on and fulfilling other related tasks as assigned by the Head of the Office.
The Security and Environment Unit is responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborating on the development of the strategic and action plans for the relevant office.
- Managing the entire security system, including parking areas, office rooms, the campus grounds, and entry-exit permissions.
- Organizing internal building order and external aesthetics, which includes classrooms, information boards, floor maps, and parking for bicycles, motorcycles, and cars.
- Coordinating traffic during school entry and exit hours, as well as during conferences and major events.
- Managing equipment, materials, and proposing uniform requirements.
- Ensuring hygiene and a clean environment through regular cleaning of classrooms, offices, meeting halls, conference halls, entrance/exit areas, restrooms, and the entire campus premises.
- Monitoring cleaning staff regularly and preparing daily hygiene plans.
- Increasing greenery and plants throughout the university campus.
- Conducting meetings and regularly reporting on work activities and outcomes.
- Collaborating on and fulfilling other related tasks as assigned by the Head of the Office.
The Physical Infrastructure and Maintenance Unit is responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborating on the development of the strategic and action plans for the relevant office.
- Managing the workshop and the storage of repair materials or spare parts.
- Overseeing the management of generators, electrical systems, and electronic networks.
- Repairing, improving, and maintaining buildings, classrooms, desks, whiteboards, lighting, electrical systems, and drainage systems.
- Organizing training programs for electrical safety and emergency evacuations within the university.
- Issuing notices or placing warning signs and identifying hazardous areas that could pose a risk to staff, professors, or students.
- Preparing plans and regularly monitoring and inspecting repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
- Taking responsibility for the management of student dormitories.
- Conducting meetings and regularly reporting on work activities and outcomes.
- Collaborating on and fulfilling other related tasks as assigned by the Head of the Office.
The Scholarship Unit is responsible for the following duties:
- Collaborating on the development of the strategic and action plans for the relevant office.
- Managing statistics, information, and annual scholarship plans for students.
- Preparing scholarship-related documentation for various institutions.
- Collaborating on the monitoring of and providing relevant updates to scholarship students
- Evaluating and preparing reports for scholarship providers/owners.
- Conducting meetings and regularly reporting on work activities and outcomes.
- Collaborating on and fulfilling other related tasks as assigned by the Head of the Office.
