The Faculty of Business Administration and Tourism is one of the five faculties within the Asia Euro University. It has played and continues to play a crucial role in training human resources in the fields of Accounting, Management, Marketing, Hotel and Tourism Management, Human Resource Management, and Information System Management effectively and professionally with strong support from students at all levels.
In the context of increasingly intense competition across all sectors, especially in the fields of education and the growing economic and commercial sectors, the Faculty of Business Administration and Tourism has paid close attention to implementing and continues to rigorously pursue its mission to train human resources at the Bachelor’s and Associate degree levels in various specialized areas within the faculty. This is done with a focus on enhancing and improving the quality of students' learning to develop their competencies in entrepreneurship, science, technology, innovation, ethics, morality, and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
With over two decades of experience in human resource development, the faculty has achieved notable outcomes based on key pillars such as curriculum development, strengthening governance strategies, teaching and learning, research, and partnerships with key national and international development stakeholders. These efforts have contributed significantly to the effective and sustainable development of the education sector.
In response to ongoing and dynamic developments, as described above, the faculty has continuously updated its academic programs in line with the Cambodian National Qualifications Framework, as well as regional and international standards, aligning with priority programs, policies, and strategic reforms in higher education that promote quality, inclusiveness, and equity.
To meet the demands of national, regional, and international labor markets, the faculty has worked hard to enhance its academic resources, emphasizing both knowledge and practical skills in each major, with the aim of developing students’ core competencies through technology-integrated education and strong professional ethics, leading to greater efficiency and quality.
To achieve these goals, active participation from key stakeholders is essential. These stakeholders include parents/guardians, students, university administrators, staff, lecturers/instructors, and employers from both the public and private sectors—who all serve as vital sources of knowledge and intellectual resources for students' professional development, both now and in the future.
