      Human Resource Management is an important field of study within the Department of Management and Commerce. It focuses on the management, development, and effective utilization of human resources to achieve organizational goals and success. Human resources are considered the most valuable assets of an institution because an organization’s growth and competitiveness depend greatly on the quality, knowledge, skills, and commitment of its employees.   The Bachelor’s Degree Program in Human Resource Management aims to provide students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in managing employees within public and private organizations. Students will study the processes of human resource management, including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits management, as well as employee motivation and retention to ensure effective job performance.

      In this program, students will also study a variety of important subjects, such as Principles of Management, Business Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Team Management, Labor Law, Industrial Relations, Conflict Management, and Negotiation. These subjects help students understand employee behavior, needs, and potential development in various workplace environments.

      In addition, students will be trained in professional and soft skills that are essential in the workplace, including communication skills, presentation skills, report writing, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, teamwork, and leadership skills. These competencies enable students to perform effectively and adapt to the changing demands of the modern labor market.   As the world enters the digital era, Human Resource Management has also evolved with technological advancements. Therefore, students will learn about the use of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee data management, human resource analytics, and the application of technology to improve organizational efficiency.

      Furthermore, the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Human Resource Management emphasizes the development of ethics, discipline, professionalism, and responsibility in the workplace. This ensures that graduates become competent professionals with strong moral values and the ability to perform their duties effectively. Objectives


      The Bachelor's Degree program in Human Resource Management (HRM) aims to train students to become professionals equipped with the knowledge, capability, and vocational skills needed to manage and develop human resources effectively.
