Students wishing to enroll in the Foundation Year Program must prepare the following application documents:
- University Application Form: 01 copy.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV): 01 copy with an attached photo (4 x 6 cm).
- Academic Records: 02 certified copies (notarized/certified as true copies of the original) of one of the following:
- High School Transcript or Temporary High School Certificate.
- High School Diploma or Secondary Education Level 2 Certificate.
- Temporary Certificate or Diploma in Technical and Vocational Education (Level 3).
- Temporary Certificate or Diploma of Associate Degree.
- Specialized Secondary Education Certificate or Pedagogy (Teaching) Certificate.
- Any equivalent degree/certificate.
- Size 4 x 6 cm: 03 photos.
- Size 3 x 4 cm: 03 photos.
