The Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Foreign Languages at Asia Euro University has designed and implemented the Bachelor’s Degree Program in International Relations based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) to meet the dynamic demands of the current and future labor markets at national, regional, and global levels. Developed in the context of increasing globalization and international interdependence, this curriculum transitions from instructor-centered teaching to active learning environments, ensuring that students achieve concrete competencies, analytical thinking, and practical skills upon graduation.
The primary objective of the Bachelor’s Degree Program in International Relations is to provide students with comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical skills in global affairs, diplomacy, comparative politics, international law, international political economy, and global development. Furthermore, the program aims to cultivate analytical capabilities, research skills, critical thinking, peaceful conflict resolution, and technical English proficiency, preparing graduates to become ethically sound professionals capable of excelling in diplomacy, national and international organizations, government institutions, and multinational corporations.

The program provides foundational knowledge in political science, international relations theories, and regional and global affairs, while strengthening specialized English proficiency and office technology through active learning and practical application.
This program aims to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and analytical skills to assess global political and economic issues, while enhancing their capabilities in intercultural communication, diplomatic writing, and professional negotiation. Furthermore, it intends to prepare graduates to become highly competent professionals capable of securing careers in public institutions, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector, or pursuing further studies at the bachelor's degree level.
