In alignment with the rapid advancement of science and technology, human lifestyles and institutional development—in both public and private sectors—are increasingly reliant on scientific and technological innovations. Recognizing this vital importance, the Royal Government of Cambodia has placed a strong emphasis on cultivating human resources in the fields of science and technology. To achieve this strategy, Asia Euro University, through its Faculty of Science and Technology, has developed a Bachelor’s Degree Program in Data Science. This program aims to train students in the vital field of data science, directly addressing the workforce demands of the current context.
The Bachelor’s Degree program in Data Science is designed to cultivate human capital into fully capable Data Scientists and Senior Analysts who can lead and resolve complex problems in the era of Big Data. The curriculum delivers in-depth knowledge of mathematics and advanced statistical analysis, integrated with technical skills in developing predictive models, data mining, and applying Machine Learning algorithms to extract actionable insights from both structured and unstructured data.

The Associate’s Degree program in Data Science is meticulously designed to cultivate human resources into technical professionals with a strong foundational knowledge and practical skills in data collection, management, analysis, and interpretation. The curriculum focuses on delivering comprehensive knowledge, ranging from the fundamentals of applied mathematics (statistics and probability) to practical applications using standard programming languages such as Python and SQL to resolve real-world business and scientific problems. Through project-based learning, graduates will be fully equipped to enter the workforce as Junior Data Analysts or to pursue further studies toward a Bachelor's degree, effectively meeting the demands of the digital era.
