Asia Euro University's new and splendor building has been constructed, just 80 meters from the existing one. The new building is with 15 stories, being constructed on a plot of land adjacent to the commercial and civic areas. Particularly, the building is equipped with modern facilities and amenities—super-fast lift, service apartments, and gym.

The following main features of the new building are of:

1. Classrooms: All the classrooms are equipped with the latest audio-video, LCD projectors, and air-conditioners.

2. Service Apartments / Hotel: Asia Euro University is the first ever institution combined this service apartment/hotel facility with the main building. This is aimed to afford students opportunities to learn and practice working in the hotel. Hotel @ AEU has three types of rooms: suite room, deluxe room and superior room. The five-star hotel warmly hospitalizes either local or global guests wishing to visit Asia Euro University. 

3. Restaurant: Good tastes with unique ambience of Eastern and Western varieties of foods in clean and hygienic environment. It also serves as the place for students’ internship conduction in Hotel Management.

4. Lab: Modern and comprehensive labs for the IT’s Students, compact with high-tech tools and gadgets catering the needs of electrical and electronic engineering, computer science, computer network and multimedia subjects.

5. Cisco Telepresence: A standardized room which is designed with high-tech (Cisco Telepresence) for students / staff learning or teaching through video-teaching from oversea.

6. Mock-Courtroom: Pertaining to studying Law, the students will be provided the mock-courtroom facilities, where they are able to learn, practice and sharpen their skills in the discipline.

7. Conference Hall: A majestic looking hall with-state-of-art facilities for all kind of meetings, workshops and seminars. The hall is designed in international standard and local architecture intact.

8. Gym: AEU-gym is constructed for sports purpose. It is at the top floor and designed in international standard for both males and females.
